Cupcake Making Class
Date: 22 Nov (Sat) OR 27 Nov (Thurs) OR 29 Nov (Sat) OR 30 Nov (Sun)
Time: 10am-2.30pm
Type: Semi Hands-on
Fee: RM140

*participants will bring home 10 decorated cupcakes

Pie Making Class
Date: 25 Nov (Tuesday)
Time: 10am-2pm
Type: Hands-on
Fee: RM200

1) Chicken Pie
2) Apple Flan

*participants will bring home 8" savoury & sweet pie

Cheese Cake Making Class
Date: 21 Nov (Friday) OR 26 Nov (Wed)
Time: 10am-2pm
Type: Hands-on
Fee: RM240 + RM13 for 8" loose-bottom cake mould

1) New York Cheese Cake (Baked)
2) Orange Cheese Cup (Chilled)

*participants will bring home one 8" baked cheese cake (decoration excluded) & 10 chilled cheese cake cup

Mousse & Cheese Cake Making Class
Date: 20 Nov (Thursday) OR 23 Nov (Sunday)
Time: 10am - 2pm
Type: Hands-on
Fee: RM240 + RM13 for 8" loose-bottom cake mould

1) Mango Chilled Cheese Cake
2) Chocolate Mousse Cake
3) Ganache

*participants will bring home one 8" chocolate mousse cake (decoration excluded) & 6pcs sunflower shape mango cheese cake

Tart Making Class
Date: 18 Nov (Tuesday)
Time: 10am - 2pm
Type: Hands-on
Fee: RM140

1) French Pudding Cream (vanilla & chocolate flavor)
2) Mini Fruit Tart
3) Sweet Potato Tart

Cancellation Policy:Payment must accompany all reservations. Class cancellations are accepted and a credit for other replacement classes will be given if notification is received 7 days prior to scheduled class. If you cannot attend, you may send a substitute in your place. No refund will be given in cash. Cancellations made fewer than 7 days before the class date are non-refundable. All classes are subject to minimum and maximum enrollments. In the event that Apple Kitchen cancels the class due to instructor illness or minimal enrollment, students will be notified by phone and e-mail. In that event, you may choose to transfer credit to another class or to accept a full refund.
