Sesame Walnut Cookies 芝麻核桃酥


Ingredients:
Cookie Flour - 100g
Baking Powder - 1/4 tsp
Baking Soda - 1/8 tsp
Brown Sugar - 50g
Walnut (toasted and chopped) - 30g
Corn Oil/peanut oil/melted butter - 55g (different type oil give different flavor to the cookies)
Water - 15g
Sesame (optional) - for alternative flavor

Method:
  1. Sift cookie flour, baking powder and baking soda.  Add in brown sugar and walnut, mix well.
  2. Pour in corn oil and water.  Combine well and press to form a dough.
  3. Shape the dough into small balls, arrange on baking tray, press the ball flat.  Brush with egg wash.  
  4.  Bake at 150C for 15 minutes, reduce the temperature to 140C, continue baking for another 10 minutes.  Off the oven, leave the cookies in the oven for about 10 minutes.  Remove and from oven.  Leave on wire rack until completely cool.  Keep in airtight container.
 

材料:
普通面粉 - 100g
小苏打 - 1/8 tsp
泡打粉 - 1/4 tsp
黄糖 - 50g
核桃碎 - 30g
玉米油/花生油/已溶解无盐奶油 - 55g
芝麻



做法:
1.  把面粉,泡打粉和小苏打一起过筛。加入黄糖和核桃碎,拌匀。
2.  倒入油和水,拌匀搓成团。3.  把面团搓成球状,排在烤盘上后压扁。刷上蛋液。
4.  进炉以150C烤约15分钟,把温度降至140C继续烤约10分钟。把烤炉关上继续烤约10分
     钟。出炉后放在铁架上待凉。
