Almond Tuile


Ingredients:
Egg White - 70g
Castor Sugar - 55g
Low Protein Flour - 20g
Almond Flakes - 100g
Unsalted Butter (melted) - 20g




Method:
1.  Slightly whisk egg white and sugar.
2.  Add in almond flakes and flour, mix well.
3.  Add in melted butter.  Set aside for 30 minutes.
4.  Bake at 150C for 5-10 minutes.  Reduce temperature to 140C.  Continue to bake until 
     golden brown.
5.  Keep in air tight container once the cookies are completely cool.
