Eggless Chocolate Cake 无蛋巧克力蛋糕


Ingredients:
Superfine - 100g
Cocoa Powder - 15g
Baking Powder - 3g
Baking Soda - 1 g
Brown Sugar - 70g
Salt - 1g
Soya Milk (unsweetened)or Water - 160g
Corn Oil - 35g
Orange Rind - 1 number


Method:
  1. Sift superfine, cocoa powder, baking powder and baking soda together.
  2. Add in brown sugar, salt and orange rind.
  3. Pour in soya milk and corn oil, combine evenly.
  4. Spoon some batter into small love shape silicone mould or a 6" round cake tin.
  5. Bake at 180C for 15 minutes for small love shape cake or 25-30 minutes for 6" round cake.
Decoration:
  1. Melt some white chocolate in microwave or over double boil, add a drop of food coloring, combine evenly.  Fill into piping bag.  Decorate.

低筋面粉 - 100g
可可粉 - 15g
泡打粉 -3g
小苏打 - 1g
黄糖 -70g
盐 -1 g
豆浆 (不甜) /水 - 160g
玉米油 - 35g
橙皮 - 1 粒

做法:
  1. 把低筋面粉,可可粉,泡打粉和小苏打一起过筛。
  2. 加入黄糖, 盐和橙皮拌匀。
  3. 倒入豆浆和油搅拌均匀。
  4. 舀一些面糊进一些小的心形的蛋糕模里或6寸蛋糕模里。
  5. 以180度烤约15分钟 (小心形蛋糕)或25-30分钟 (6寸蛋糕)至熟。

装饰:
把一些白巧克力隔水溶解,加入一滴事务颜色拌匀均可。
