Beet Root Powder 甜菜根调味粉

最近都在取甜菜根的汁做甜品调色,取汁后的菜渣丢了可惜。所以把它烘干磨成粉放进菜肴里提味。煮清汤米粉加入一点甜菜根粉好清甜哦。

 把菜渣铺在烤盘上,尽量铺薄。

 以100C烤约一小时至干。

把干菜渣磨粉。 

装入玻璃瓶里。这里是一粒的分量。
