豆腐紫菜丸子


材料:
硬豆腐 – 2
寿司紫菜 (切丝) – 1

调味:
适量
胡椒粉 适量
酱油 适量

木薯粉 – 2 茶匙

做法:
1.豆腐压烂,加入紫菜丝调味拌匀。
2.成一粒粒丸子。沾上木薯粉炸至金黄色即可。

还没炸的丸子


Ingredients
Hard Tofu – 2 pcs
Seaweed for Sushi (shredded) -  1 sheet

Seasoning:
Salt – to taste
Pepper – to taste
Soy Sauce – to taste
Tapioca Flour – 2 tsp

Method:
1.Mash the tofu. Add in shredded seaweed and seasoning.
2.Knead into balls.  Dip in tapioca flour and fry until golden brown.

/Tips
1. 可加入一点芫茜增添风味。
     Add some chopped coriander to enhance the flavor.
2. 丸子还可做素汤丸子。
     Tofu balls can be serve in soup.
