免烤覆盆子布朗尼

话不多说,早餐,3点3和宵夜都是它。

Ingredients:
Brownie
Walnuts 核桃 – 70g
Almonds 杏仁 – 75g (soaked in water for 2 hours)
Dates – 210g
Cocoa Powder 可可粉 – 30g
Salt – pinch

Method:
1. Blend all the above in a heavy duty blender. 把以上所有材料用搅拌机搅拌均匀。
2. Press into 6” square cake tin. 压进6寸四方模里。



Raspberry Chia Jam
Fresh or Frozen Raspberries 新鲜或冷冻覆盆子 – 150g
Sugar
Salt
Lemon Rind 柠檬皮
Chia Powder 齐亚籽粉

Method:
1. Cook all the above over low heat until soften. 把以上所有材料用小火煮至覆盆子软。
2. Blend and sieve.  Let cool. 用搅拌机搅碎过筛。待凉。
3. Mix in chia powder. 加入齐亚籽粉拌匀。
